More details: The weight of a 90-95 cm long dress is normally 0.99 kg and 1.49 kg for a dress of 130-140 cm. The more you order, the less you should pay for the transportation fee.

For other countries: The transportation fee will be given automatically while proceeding your order.

Delivery time is usually 10 to 15 working days for evening dresses & 20 working days for wedding gowns as from the time your payment has been encashed.

If you want to receive your dress more quickly, you can indicate the deadline in the comment, we will dispatch your dress as soon as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by transport accident. (strike, manifestations, etc.)

The items ordered are delivered to the address given by the consumer. The telephone number is required. Be extremely careful that the delivery address is correct and complete. LESITE DES chouchourouge.com is not responsible if the customer indicates a wrong delivery address. Hence If the package is returned to us due to customer's error, we are sorry to say a new transportation fee will have to charged to same & encashed before re-dispatching.

We will give you the package number 7 days after your order, and if you do no receive it please contact us to request it, leaving at the same time your phone number so we can join you.

The post office delivers from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. Please note that the Postman does not leave a message in case the addressee is not home, hence you must be either at home or anticipate some else to collect the parcel for you. You should as well trace your parcel on the web and if you believe you have missed it, make inquiry to the post office nearer your home. The postman will leave it there if he does find you & it will be waiting to be collected for 2 weeks.

TNT doesn't put the parcel in the post office, on the other hand advise you of the receipt while checking you will at home to collect. On the other hand if you are absent more than 2 times, the package will be automatically sent back to us or will be destroyed.

If the parcel is returned or destroyed because of your absence or false address, we decline all responsibility

Attention: the address indicated on the package is not our company's  but the post office's . If you want to return an article, please contact us to obtain our right address. We decline responsibility as well for any loss, in case of parcel returned to incorrect address.
